Annual Employee Surveys

The Surface Transportation Board participates in the Office of Personnel Management’s annual Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (FEVS), which is administered to agencies across the federal government.  The FEVS measures employees’ perceptions of whether, and to what extent, conditions characteristic of successful organizations are present in their agencies.  The FEVS results allow agency managers to see where improvements have been made and areas where further improvements are needed.  More information on FEVS can be found on the OPM website.
